Our Mission

Allow citizens and city to collaborate in the monitoring and improvement of their urban environment.

Mission logo

As our mission statement indicates, Urbanoe aims at simplifying the relationship between cities and citizens. During discussions, we keep bringing back "SimCity", a fantastic computer game that allows you to create and manage your own virtual city. Wouldn't it be nice if city custodians could act and deal with issues, problems, events all in real time? Well, that's what we believe in. We want an elegant, beautiful system that allows people to report, discuss, rate and even fix city problems with absolutely no fuss.

There's been a few people involved in this project. For the records though, the first spark of the platform came about through discussions between Martin and Renaud. It took a few months of discussions, arguments and prototyping but things started taking shape in 2013. Urbanoe has been available to the general public since 2014 and has been evolving since then.

We have big dreams for Urbanoe. Some will become apparent in the coming weeks and months. So please, check things out often, download the mobile app, try things out, let us know what you think. We are developing the platform organically, and you should see improvements and new features on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

About Us

Urbanoe is managed through Teleron Software , Martin's software consulting company. It is possible that in the future, the platform takes a life of its own and becomes its own entity. In which case, Teleron will cease to be involved and go back to its main business, cloud and mobile consulting. For the moment though, Teleron is managing and hosting the service.

Teleron is a private company. It does not presently have any investing outside of what its consulting business generates. At the present time Urbanoe does not require direct financing. Thanks for offering though. If you want to contact us for consulting opportunities though, feel free.
